The Sun Inn, Saxilby

Live music is the main attraction at this lovely village pub right on the banks of the Fossdyke Canal. The Band from County Hell, The Rossall/Ellison Glitter Band, Used Notes, The Force, Boot, Firing Squad, Soul Solution, Strangebrew, Local Heroes, Second Nature, Keep The Faith, The Zimmerband, The League of Mental Men, Ignition and Disco Inferno are among the popular live acts who keep coming back to entertain the crowds.

An extensive gig guide is available from the bar featuring bands from up and down the country for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening performances.

An entertainment diary is also produced via e-mail for fans keen to access the latest band news on-line. Addresses can be left at the bar. The latest gig news can also be found in the “What’s On” section of The Lincolnshire Echo.

 

 

Other Sun Inn features include wide screen TV for live sport, General Knowledge Quiz Nights on Mondays, Wednesday Evening Jam Nights and three pool tables in the adjoining games room.
